Today we welcome to the show Amy Kate Bowe. Amy and I first connected through guest of the show and one of my mentors John Marsh.

Amy has an extensive knowledge in strength and conditioning along with nutrition and dietetics. She now focuses on helping teach women to train and eat in accordance with their menstrual cycles.

We cover what introduced her to this topic and some of the practical applications for all women.
