Newstrength Owner Nathan is right in the middle of this journey himself now but isn’t falling victim to the same troubles many people get stuck with.

Now nearly 10kg down since little Macey Mandeno came into this world he’s been training hard even though it doesn’t quite look the same as it did before the little one.
