No No No, that can’t be right It’s Positive thinking and Meditation…I mean… Wait maybe it’s Travel… Or maybe it’s that body image that’s thrown in your face every day?

The list could go on forever and that’s my point. There is no one size fits all when it comes to the best you, so don’t feel the need to fall into a category or follow the latest popular Instagram trend. Skinny tea and teeth whitening kits make money and… wait thats about all they do really. So be yourself and remember different things work for different people. Create your own healthy lifestyle of whatever suits you and do it on your own terms.

I can’t stress this enough! Stop following people that make you feel like you’re not enough! The amount of deception, drug use and photoshop in the fitness industry is disgraceful. Not to mention the amount of miserable people I know who’s instagram looks like a movie! Get off of the instagram celebrities pages, you’re wasting your time.

 

RULE 2 – Nail The Basics

Everyone knows they need to drink water, sleep well, move your body, eat vegetables and find time to relax. So start doing these things consistently and you will notice how BIG of an impact they can have. They aren’t fundamentals for no reason.

 

RULE 3 – Remember it’s not always going to go to plan.

In the real world, life happens! We’re not perfect and we have shit to take care of each day. Some days a beer or glass of red is just what we need. Just remember to pick up where you left off and go into tomorrow with the best intentions to win the day!
