Too often people in the gym are focusing on testing how good they are at that very moment in time rather that training to be better tomorrow
Whether it’s picking the hardest workout that puts them out of action for the next week
Or needing to work up to a max every session to make sure you can still do it
It’s not always going to hurt you everytime
