Whether it’s picking the hardest workout that puts them out of action for the next week

 

Or needing to work up to a max every session to make sure you can still do it

 

It’s not always going to hurt you everytime

 

But training isn’t about today… It’s not about tomorrow either

 

Training is about setting yourself up to be your best in a month’s time, a year’s time
